Welcome!
The Children’s Center of the Stanford Community (CCSC)—one of the largest parent cooperatives in the state of California—licensed to serve more than 200 families of Stanford University faculty, staff, and students. CCSC offers part- and full-time early childhood learning programs for children from eight weeks to five years old.
Accredited by the NAEYC, the play-based educational philosophy of the Center is grounded in the belief that children are competent, curious, and resourceful learners. Founded by Stanford graduate students in 1969, CCSC is the only nonprofit, cooperative childcare center on the Stanford University campus.
Keeping you safe.
The health and safety of our community members is our priority. CCSC updates its guidelines steadily and will continue to do so as guidance from CDC, CDPH, Santa Clara county and Stanford University becomes available. Note that the county provides the minimal COVID mandates while CCSC set the ceiling on COVID center policies.
Thank you for supporting us in keeping everyone safe!
